Site continues to go down

Joel Dahlin asked on September 11, 2014 19:23

I have a v7 site that keeps going down on me.

It's in a shared host environment. The hosting company has provided me with an exception log.

I am hoping someone can help me out with what they have passed along:

Hello Joel,

Is it website or web application? What development model are you using? ASPX or portal engine? Are there any limits set for the resources from the side of your hosting provider?

Best regards, Martin

It is a website using Portal Engine. I am sure there were limits on it. It was in a shared hosting environment on Arvixe. I've since moved it to Azure websites and it hasn't gone down at all.

Hi Joel,

Excellent, I'm really glad that now everything is running well! So the problem was with the hosting... good to know!

Best regards, Martin
