Simple user role with staging permissions

Hi guys

I am trying to create a user, setup as an Editor, but I also want them to be able to have access to Staging, so they can sync up their own content.

I've been playing around the new roles and it's modules, but I cannot find a decent setup.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'd suggest cloning the "CMS Editors" role. Then update the permissions and UI permissions so the role has access and visibility to the UI elements.
