Silverlight plug-in

Is the Silverlight plug-in still a requirement for Kentico v8.2.27? I know with this version silverlight is no longer required for multi-upload, but is it still required for anything else?

As far as I know Kentico uses Silverlight only for file upload control.

Hello Michelle,

No we've been using SilverLight for File upload control only and since Kentico 8.1 SilverLight is not used in Kentico anymore, it was completely replaced with the HTML5 uploader.
