Setting a custom fields of Kentico contacts

I'm looking to add a custom field to the Contacts module to have a specific information about my web visitors. Is there an easy way to add that custom field names and captions for all standard Contacts? I'm using Kentico v7

Site Manager>Development>System Tables> and pick from one of the tables you want to add the contact fields to. You may also have to modify the alternate forms as well to make sure those fields are added.
