Sent Email is always empty

Hi all,

The "Sent email" view in the "E-Mail Queue" application is always empty, I have received emails sent via the "Send email" view in the "E-Mail Queue" application, but non of them are recorded in the "Sent email" view.

Do I need to configure it to record sent emails or something? And if so where / how?

If the emails are being sent and you're not seeing them saved in the sent queue, then check your settings. Settings>System>Emails>Email Processing and ensure the Archive Emails (days) property is set to something greater than 0. This is the number of days the sent emails will be saved.
