Hi,

Do you mean sending an email after a user submits a custom form? Standard Kentico email-task will periodically check and send any queued mail. Why do you want this to happen without the task?

Hi,

Are u sure the SMTP settings are configured correctly?

https://docs.kentico.com/display/K8/Configuring+SMTP+servers

To confirm that your SMTP servers are configured correctly and available, you can send testing e-mails in the System application on the E-mail tab.

Do the emails being sent have correct to and from addresses? Are there errors on those emails in the sending queue? This typically leads to detect the issue(s) you're having.

When you say you have tested the SMTP, how have you tested it?

So the email is added to the email queue but never sent. Correct?

Did you double check that the global scheduled tasks for the Email Queue are available and enabled in CMSSiteManager->Administration->Scheduled Tasks? Specifically check for these tasks.
