I’m new to Kentico (currently using ver 7) and wondering if I can assign specific keywords to a specific document (i.e. when user type words such as CS or computer science in the search box, the system retrieve results including a specific page even if it doesn’t have the word CS in the document context)
I'm not sure if that possible or not so please advise.

Yes, of course it is possible and in this case I would recommend you to go for the easiest solution -> use document tags. Check out the Developers Guide for more details: Tagging documents
