It was working finr before upgrade to 8.2 and I don't have any special tasks so I want the original task that provide by Kentico to working fine.

I can open the scheduled tasks app and see all tasks but I see the column: (Next run) for all tsks are not change when I click on the Refresh. I try to execute manully one by one then the tasks updated to new date and time then they stop when I click on the Refresh..

How can I fix this issue?..

Have you checked your event logs in Kentico as well as on the server? Maybe post your code for your tasks OR check the changes in the API, maybe something there caused your code to break when going from 8.1 -> 8.2

When was the last time you restarted your application? You might need to do a full reset on the app pool and iis to get it to clear some cached items. You might also clear your cache in your browser. It looks like it's using a wrong URL for running the scheduled tasks. Are you running the scheduled tasks on a different server? This could also be the problem, is they weren't properly registered after the upgrade.

Hello Brenden,

I tried with your suggests but still the scheduled tasks not working. I have VPS from ARVIXE company and I asked them to assist me for that but also they don't have any solutions.. really I don't know why this issues happen with Kentico, (I think they want us to buy paid support every year!!).

Anybody have experience to assist me... Thanks all.

So are you running your scheduled tasks on a different server or as a service vs. within the website? This can only be done with an EMS license so if you don't have an EMS license then this isn't the issue.

I don't think this has anything to do with Kentico trying to sabotage you or your website and "making you purchase" support every year. I think it has to do with configuration and/or customizations.

Can you tell me more about your install?
Single server or webfarm?
Do you have any custom code?
Are you using Portal, ASPX, or MVC mode? Do you have any custom scheduled tasks?
Did the upgrade from 8.1 -> 8.2 succeed?
Did you apply the hotfixes after upgrading to 8.2?
Did you log into your server and get the event logs from there as well?

Hard to really troubleshoot without details.
