Scheduled Task information

Is there a location to get more information about what the built in scheduled tasks do and how they do them? Looking to tweak the performance to kentico and though that if i could disable some scheduled tasks, that would reduce some of the resources it needs. I started to go through and realized that im not sure if some of the scheduled tasks are needed for my situation and could not find resources to help determine if the task is needed.

However if you search you will find some more.

You can turn off the scheduled tasks which you dont use which could give you a small performance gain (there are much more important factors, mainly caching options).
