Scheduled task encounter error when updating page

The error encountered shows the "Given Node is checked out by another user at CMS.DocumentEngine.WorkflowManager.GetCurrentStepInterval" But have checked the checked-out item in the admin application , it is nothing shown.

I would recommend checking the API examples on this topic and adjust your code to take the checked out pages into account.

What version and hotfix are you using? What scheduled task is throwing the error and what is the whole error, with stack trace please? The checked-out items usually displays items checked out by current user. Have you checked all users? I would check pages as the error is from Workflow and only pages can be under workflow.

Hi, I am using kentico v12, not apply hotfix yet. It is a custom scheduled task, used to update custom table data and it loads from a page. "The checked-out items usually displays items checked out by current user." If I am using a global admin to login , it will shows the items checked out by current user only?

May I know if there is any way to force uncheck out all the items? so the task can run without error.
