Sales dashboard error after

I am getting this error on store reports dashboard as well as analytic dashboard after migrating to version 8.1. Any idea what went wrong: [ReportGraph.ascx] Report graph 'Sales.DayReport.graph' not found or [ReportGraph.ascx] Report graph 'pageviews.weekreport.graph' not found

Hi,

it seems that report with GUID '84db9b2a-3048-4ae6-ad1e-aa1b423be722' is missing in table [Reporting_ReportGraph].

Or GraphReportID is not an ID of report with code name Sales.DayReport (table Reporting_Report).

From which version did you upgrade your project? The upgrade 8.0 -> 8.1 did nothing with reports and we could not reproduce the issue.

Hi,

from which version have you upgraded to?

If you already checked tables described above and report is not available, you can try to export Report from original version in Sites application. In the Export tree you can find Reports under All objects -> Global objects -> Configuration -> Reports.

I am also getting this issue after migrating from Kentico 7.0 to Kentico 8.0. All of the reports in the Web Analytics section of the site are broken. Here is one example error:

This is happening for all of the analytics reports.

Hello Josh,

Could you please install Vanilla Kentico 8 instance, export all reports via Object export wizard (you can export all Report objects at once, no need to do it separately), re-import them into your current instance and confirm whether if fixed this issue or not?
