On home page we are using jquery modal popup. The modal popup have a repeater webpart. This modal popup is working fine in admin cms panel. when opening in the front-end its not working while opening fine in admin panel. can you please suggest what could be the reason its not working in front-end.

Inspect the page and look for jquery errors. Sounds like you have a timing issue on when your jquery is loaded.
