The form builder doesn't seem to provide a way to remove a page break. Other fields have an edit and trash icon, but page breaks don't. Am I missing something?

I finally found the answer. You can't do it from the Form Builder, but you can from the Fields tab. Just throw it in the trash. After doing this, I had a hard time putting it back in, so it appears to be permanent.
