Xperience requires a FULL TRUST hosting environment. I believe all of GoDaddy's shared hosting environments are MEDIUM TRUST. While you can get it to run in GoDaddy, you'll have issues. I'd suggest looking for a hosting provider that allows a FULL TRUST environment.
