Can any one explain the steps to publish the developed website in server.

You have to just add your Solution and database to server....Please Contact to your Hosting Service Provider for more detail

Hello Sadesh,

As Jack already mentioned, the easiest way is to simply copy a whole project folder, migrate the database and then configure the application pool on the IIS side... a whole website should work fine.
