Product page new tabs

There isn't a way in Kentico to add a new "Tab" to a page type. You can use Property Grouping to add the collapsible panels, but doing what you are describing would have to alter the Kentico Administration UI pretty severely.

If the categories won't work for you, it may make more sense to create an aspx page to send the new page creation to. Then you have full control and can "recreate" the look and feel of Kentico without modifying their code files. In your page type, you can actually send the new item creation to a page that you can specify. That may be the quickest and easiest option.
