Previous / Next Buttons on Menu Item Pages?

This Question was ask some time ago. Is it possible if so how can I get it done.

I have a request to have Previous and Next buttons for a certain section of our site so the user can navigate to the next item in the content tree.

How can I achieve this?

Hi,

You an take inspiration from this sample web part. It works in general and it may have some bugs. It was done just as a proof of concept.

Could you assist with this problem I think is a result from this web part. Whenever I am not logged in to the admin section I get a page request timeout whenever this web part is enable. Please help as this web part is really needed
