Personalize icon is missing in Kentico12 MVC widget

Hi All,

I am facing an issue is that missing Personalize icon is missing in Kentico12 MVC widget. I've create a persona and cannot find icon to create variants Thanks in advance.

Hi Innovix Solution.

Can you please confirm if the web farms are working fine between admin and MVC site ?

If web farms are not working properly, changes in admin site wont reflect in MVC site.

Note : You need to have license with web farms allowed for it to work.

Can you confirm you use an EMS license?

As you can read in the documentation its required: docs.kentico.com/.../personalizing-widgets-in-mvc

yes. we are using EMS license and also web farm is working properly. did i miss out some sort of configuration? And also I have enabled content Personalize in setting.

I'm having the same issue with this. Testing on our localhost EMS license with Content Personalization enabled in the settings and both Personas and content groups added, but I don't see the icon on my page widgets either.
