An email address has been configured to receive password reset requests from users of our system and I have been tasked with changing the address, however, I cannot find where it has been configured. Can someone please help me?
If I understand correctly, there is no such settings. I guess you have an event handler sending those emails.
Is there somewhere within Kentico that an event handler can be created as these emails are being generated from within the system?
For such a purpose you have probably implemented Global event for objects, so I would recommend you to check the your events, there is no such a settings for all users. I would contact the developers who have created your website.
