What does it mean not working well? Could you please explain in more details? If the page is inheriting the metadata values, this means the value in the DB table CMS_Document for given fields/column (DocumentPageTitle, DocumentPageKeyWords and DocumentPageDescription) is NULL. If it is an empty string or some value, it means the page is NOT inheriting the metadata.
