Page Template was not found.

Where are you getting this error? As a direct result of hitting the "New Template" or license button?

Do any other "New" buttons work? Like pages, sites, page types, ...?

Can you check if there are more details in the Event Log?

Is it a one time error, or have you never been able to create a template or add a license?

What version and hotfix are you using?

David te Kloese yes the pages are work Image but in template module i get this template was not found ,also i want to update licences but i have the same problem i am using kentico 11

Can you edit any of the templates that are already present?

Could you check the database permissions for the user you use to connect to the database?

Recommended is role db_Owner, but you can also limit it:

yes i can edit templates that are already present but in general tab i get template was not found i think that there is important template was deleted

Have you checked the your SQL user database role? and is there anything in the Event Log?

actually by mistake i delete one of UI template is there a way to restore it
