Page not found error

Our site was working fine and suddenly there must be some changes by someone during development, the pages are not working, event log shows

You will probably have to go back through the event logs and/or version history (if enabled) and find the changes which were made. Without knowing the very specifics of your environment and how you've set your site up in Kentico then it's really hard to say. Maybe go look in the Recycle Bin in Kentico and see if the page was deleted.
