Page content html tag not rendering well on mobile

Hi,

We are on Kentico 11 portal engine for the public website. The page content entered on the Form tab Sub Content area using rich text editor. There are times that we need to use table element with 2 or more columns. The page displays fine on the computer browser with tables aligned well. But not on mobile. It looks jumbled and messy on mobile device browsers. How can I resolve this issue?
