On-line users and Store on-line users in database

When I enable the setting where is the data stored in the Kentico database? Specifically, I would like to make sure the data is transient and is not kept forever. I do not want a table to grow forever unbounded.

I believe there is a scheduled task that does this cleanup for session and users. You might check the documentation on this setting. If there isn't a scheduled task, you can easily create one to clean them up. Maybe it runs every day or week or hour.
