Old Version Marketplace Objects

When importing the old versions marketplace objects... I am able to import them correctly but could not be able to use inside the latest Kentico cms. Is there a way to use the old version supported Kentico object such as image slider which is compatible with Kentico 6 only.

You'd have to talk with the author or download it and make the modifications to the code (if any are needed) to allow it to work in a newer version. There have been hundreds (if not thousands) of API changes from v6 so I'm guessing it will need to be changed.
