New Page Creation without changing the code in MVC

Hi All,

In MVC, can the content editor create new page dynamically without modifying the MVC code like in Portal Engine? I found a way to define new article under the specific node using item ID approach. However, it limits the content editor to create the specific content (e.g, news article, event) under the specific node. The content editor wants to create a new page dynamically at any node using any page template which is available in portal engine. Is there a way to do in MVC as well? Currently, the customer create and manage new content page in their site (portal engine). Does Kentico have a plan to add that feature?

I found it in Kentico Xperience. I believe it is a new feature in Kentico Xperience which is not applicable in Kentico 12 SP. https://docs.xperience.io/developing-websites/implementing-routing/content-tree-based-routing

Hi Eric,

Yes, you are right, this dynamic routing was missing out of the box in Kentico 12. But there was a package developed by my fellow MVP which implements quite a similar feature. If you can't upgrade to v13 and start using out of the box feature for some reason, it's worth checking this package.
