new blog comment feature for end users

Hi All,

I have blog posts in my site, and i want add a feature that users should add comment to blogs.

I tried using comment form webpart but its not submitting comment to the post.

I just want to know what configurations we need to enable to make the comment form work.

Normally people use disqus instead of builtin. Here is a couple links:
