New Admin user logged in but cannot see any tiles

When my new Admin user is logged in, he cannot see any tiles on his dashboard. I want to display all tiles to all the Admin.

If this is a global admin, assign them to the Global Admin role and the tiles are already configured for that role.

They can do it themselves or you can setup a "default" for a role.
