You might want to double check to see your SMTP server doesn't require authentication and/or SSL

You need to add your SMTP server to Site Manager>Settings>System>E-Mails>SMTP Server. If you have more than one mail server and your license permits you can add SMTP servers under Site Manager>Administration>SMTP Servers

Many thanks Brenden

I've entered the details but for some reason our contact us form still wont send emails. Our page is http://www.indlub.co.uk/contact/

If you have any suggestions I'm open to them.

Thanks again Andy

Hi Brenden

Already checked and it does. I've entered the correct details as far as our provider is concerned.

Can I ask...and forgive me if this sounds stupid. How would the form in the Kentico CMS know to use the email settings? I've got a web guy that has done a great job for us but he's away for a while and I really need to sort this form out.

Hope you can help.

Many Thanks Andy

As long as the form has a from and to email address defined, the site will know what SMTP to send it from. Have you tested it? I'm wondering if maybe the e-mail queue is held up or something like that.

Hi Brenden

To be honest, I dont know if the form has a form and to email address defined. How would I be able to check this? The page does have a form added in the CMS editor but when I double click it a blank page comes up.

I've tested it and it's not working.

You might check out the developer documentation on Forms. This will give you the info you need to ensure your form is setup properly.

Hi Brenden

Thanks for your patience with this. I've double checked and I've filled in all the data where I can still with no success. I'm struggling to get hold of my developer so I'm in the poop.
