Multi-domain environment issue

Enterprise Web asked on September 1, 2023 17:54

Hello, I am new to Kentico. I was asked to set up our dev environment with Admin site on one domain and live site on another domain with Kentico 13. (I installed Kentico 13 Refresh 10) I always got this error when I tried to edit the page or previous the page: "This page does not work properly as your browser may be blocking 3rd party cookies and/or the system may be incorrectly configured for a multi-domain environment. See our documentation for more information." I followed the documentation, however I still got that error. So I don't know what to do next step, hope someone can help.

Make sure both domains are running with a trusted and valid SSL certificate - HTTPS protocol is a must. Then make sure that the IIS web sites/web servers can communicate with each other. Are you able to browse the live site presentation URL from the server where the admin is running? Then, the SameSite mode must be also turned on.
