Moving changes between servers

I've done some changes on development environment (new web parts, documents but also changes on content (i.e. changes in Editable Text web part). Now I need to export those changes on production environment. What is the best way to do that?

Yup, I saw the tag although pointed you to the v8 documentation because setting it up is the same as v7. Finding the module is a little different but not hard.

If your license permits, use content staging to sync the content changes and object changes. Otherwise export the objects (not content changes) from dev and import into live.

As you can see, this question have 'Kentico 7' tag. Your link pointing to documentation of Kentico 8. We can read there to go to Development -> Testing -> Editing (staging) -> Live (production) but in kentico 7 there isn't any Testing section. But don't worry I've already fond it in older documentaiton. Go to Modules -> Staging.
