Missing UI Icons/images

Please help. I just discovered that the images on the document tree in the cms desk and also in the administration is all missing . All i get are broken images. I have checked the path to the APP_Themes/default/images/images.zip and its all present there. i have checked permissions, deleted all files and copied back and nothing seems to work. Have you recently done an upgrade or a hotfix? I'd suggest clearing your cache on the server and on all your browsers. Most likely the issue.

Thanks Brenden, I noticed it after i installed hotfix 8.1. i have cleared my cache both locally and on the server and there is no difference!

Hello Olu

What folders do you have in APP_Themes/default/images ? there should only be one DocumentTypeIcons folder, no other folders. If there are any other folders please delete them, clear cache in Kentico, browser cache and restart the application.

Are you missing any files/directories in the level above? /App_Themes/Default/

You should have several directories and files in there. I'd suggest installing a fresh instance and comparing.

I agree with Brenden on this, if you could do a fresh install and compare the directories it would be beneficial, also are you using any custom bootstrap on the site?
