Merge 2 Kentico web site licenses assistance

Hi

We have got a current Kentico x 10 web sites license. We have got 3 web sites under a Kentico x 10 web site license. The fourth web site is using the other expired Kentico license. I would like to make the fourth web site to use the Kentico x 10 web site license. The license arrangement was initially created by Kentico. I would like Kentico to fix the issue.

I have sent the request to the support team - support@kentico.com. I still have not receive any response.

Is there anyway to escalate my request?

The support team should usually get back to you fairly quickly. However, since it is a license related question, you could also try contacting sales@kentico.com as well.

What was the email you sent the ticket from? Did you get the confirmation message? Anyway, technical support is for solving technical issues with the product. When it comes to licenses and licensing, technical support does not have access to these data and cannot change them (GDPR) so it is better to contact sales directly as Brian said. If we received your message, we have already forwarded it to the account manager who will get back to you with the details as soon as possible.
