I need help on how to create a custom Membership - Registration email template so that I can use it with the registration form

The support team had answered my question, i was suppose to use the site so as to override the global Membership Registration email template, before creating a custom one using the code name. https://docs.kentico.com/k12/configuring-kentico/managing-email-templates

You can customize the out of the box one. You can find it under Email Templates > Membership Registration.
