Hello, last night we have used Kentico's import&export tool. After imported data to new server, we tried to upload new file to media library and it says:
"[MediaFileInfoProvider.CheckAndEnsureFilePath]: Access to the path 'D:\sites\preprod\Kentico11\CMS\FB\media\FB' is denied."
Do you guys have any idea? What would be the problem?
Most likely folder permissions are not set correct on the server. The user running the app pool needs to have read and write permissions. In most cases the user is IIS_IUSRS. Check out this post on setting permissions.
