When trying to access the steps of a Marketing Automation process, I get the following message while logged in as the Kentico Administrator:
You are not authorized to access this service

Note also that the toolbar is missing. It shows for a split second, then hides and the above message shows.
I've been through the docs and tried altering the permissions of a role as noted here: https://docs.kentico.com/display/K82/Marketing+automation+walkthrough+-+Preparing+the+prerequisites
There aren't any messages in the Event Log about permission problems.
Obviously, as the Admin, I should have no limits to any permissions on the system. I'm guessing that this message is a generic one that's hiding the true error.
Does anyone have any idea of how I can further troubleshoot this problem?

Perhaps the security message isn't Kentico but your system.
