Localize Site title and page menu caption

Hello,

I need to localize site title but in Kentico v8.1, it just shows me default string.

I inserted {$=Company Name|ar-AE=اسم الشركة$} in Settings -> Content -> Site title prefix and in live site when language is ar-AE it shows me Company Name - Home even though it must show اسم الشركة - الصفحة الرئيسية.

Also in page menu caption I have this issue and I want to localize page menu caption to {$=Home|ar-AE=الصفحة الرئيسية$} but it doesn't work.

I am surprised for that because in Kentico v7.0 it works but in Kentico v8.1 it doesn't work.
