I have an eCommerce website, due to good response of website visitor and customer I decided to add live chat option on my website for providing customer support service. Anybody suggest me multiple features live chat software that helps to manage online customer & business.

What about using the already built-in functionality of Kentico and take benefit of Support Chat module which comes out-of-the-box with Kentico?

Thanks Martin and Patrick to suggest me right, I got free trial set-up of eAssistance Pro live chat software and It's working quite well. After testing software I will decide to purchase its subscription plan.
