Lightbox Problem

Hi Michael,

Both of these links worked fine for me in multiple browsers. I did notice the first link (fourseasonscountryclub.com) took longer to load the LB image, but it did load without error. Additionally, neither site is reporting any JS error.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Yes it works everywhere, Windows Desktop & Laptop, Android Smartphone & Tablet, Iphone, but not on the IPad!

It opens a white square and thats it. Both Iphone and IPad have the same IOS and Browsers (Safari & Chrome) and it works fine on the IPhone but not on the IPad.

Both sites have the same version/hotfix of Kentico, and one works on the IPad and the other does not.

Hi Michael,

screenshots are great but they will not help in this case. As first, I would recommend you to try another browser on your iPad. What exact version of Kentico are you running and what exact version of the browser/iOS do you have installed?

Are both websites running exactly the same version of Kentico?

Sorry about the late reply but was away for sometime.

The problem was finally solved when changing IIS Pool from Classic to Integrated.

I am pretty sure that it worked before (client deposition) but have no idea at all what has caused this since there are too many variables e.g. OS and versions of OS, Browsers and versions of Browsers etc. etc..
