I have created my first home page but it's not displaying and data or nothing on design mode other than Master template data when I select "Use page template settings (Nests within levels: 0)" under Page Nesting. But when I select "None" under Page Nesting, it's showing the but data without master page template.

Does you Master page have a Web Part with a Page Placeholder? This houses the content of all pages that inherit it.
