Kentico V8 - Delete a product on CMS, but the product exists on API

Hi all:

I was deleted a product on CMS UI (Ecommerce-> Products), but the deleted product still exists if it searchs using the API (SKUInfoProvider). What is the best way to delete the product on CMS?

Have you cleared cache and/or restarted the application? This could help.

Yes, I've cleared cache and restarted the site, but the deleted product still exists.

What about database? Do appropriate records exist in database?

How many sites are you running within Kentico instance? Were those products shared across multiple sites?
