I was trying to use the Kentico APIs for invoking the AddAttachment Method on a WCF proyect with the purpose of updating an attached file. I was coding based on the proposal solution of the following link ; but when i reviewed on CMS if the file was updated ,the file appeared but its content seems that didn't stored. Is it neccesary some permission for using the Kentico APIs on WCF ?
You do need write permission, but that may not be the issue.
Can you clarify on what you mean by "The file appeared but it's content seems that didn't stored."
Sorry, it means that when i tried to open the uploaded file ,the CMS notified an error when it tried to open the file.
