Google Webmaster Tools is now Google Search Console. I suggest setting up the shell here first by simply registering you site. Don't submit any sitemaps or robots, just create an entry essentially.
Secondly, to go Google Analytics and create your account there for your site. In the properties, you can link your Search Console to your Analytics account after you place your Analytics code on your website. Regarding placing your Analytics code on your website, I'd do this on the master page by adding it to the Master Page tab OR placing a Static Text webpart at the bottom of your master page template and placing the Analytics code in it. Placing it at the bottom of your page template, ensures it is the last thing in your < head > tag.
After you've created your Analytics account and linked your Search Console account to it and verified it (it's a step in the Search Console), then go to Kentico and create a few pages to dynamically create your sitemap and robots files.
Kentico MVP, Andy Thompson, has a great article on creating your Robots.txt file within Kentico.
Kentico has some good documentation on creating a dynamic XML sitemap too.
After you've created the sitemap, go back to your Search Console and add the URL of your sitemap, typically something like http://domain.com/sitemap.xml or http://domain.com/googlesitemap.xml. Submit that and you should be set. Process will probably take you an hour or two to go through.
