The image is not working, i would recommend you to use some service where you can upload images directly and the simply post the URL with image here, e.g.:

postimage.org

This seems to be a general error, so I would recommend you to check the following forums thread: Code project: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information

Not sure if you have .NET 4.5 installed, running the tool as administrator in full trust environment.
