Kentico Smart Search not working kin kentico 12

Hi Everyone,

I'm using the kentico 12, in kentico there are smart search funtionality which I implemented in our site for other site its working fine but for only one site its not worked, I checked everything as per the documentation but its not working for me. Only the search result return for the Home search, other pages is not search

So should you provide further way to dignosis the issue or resolve that issue.

Hi Pankaj,

Are you using Local indexes or Azure Search? Do you see any errors in Kentico Event log app? What is the current status of the search index when you open Smart Search app (is it Ready, New, or Error)?

Hi Dmitry,

I'm using the Local indexes. For other sites is working fine only that issue for a single site. And this site is hosted in different environment.

Its is possible the issue in the the environment where the site is hosted like:- permission related.

If it is permission related you would have seen errors in the Event log and your index would be in Error status.
