Nothing that i've seen, although this is one of the things i also have wanted to find out. Some companies have created scripts to convert classes to Typescript JS files to help work with them in react, but I think you'll probably need to do the React work yourself and use MVC to handle server interactions / retrieval of items. Maybe in the next version of Xperience there will be more integrations with react (or at least typescript), I'm definitely pushing for it!
