Kentico pages icon cannot be displayed properly

Recently I have upgraded our Kentico 10 instance to Kentico 11. However, I notice in Pages application, the icons are not displayed properly. The screenshot as follows:

I can't see any errors in browser's console and event log. So, it is hard for me to check the issue.

Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache or using different browser? Also, please link the screen shot - the image you pasted is broken and cannot be viewed.
Do you have the Upgrade Finish event logged in the Event log to indicate successful and finished upgrade?

Hi Juraj,

Just updated the image. You should see it by now. I have tried to clearing the browser cache, using another browsers (Firefox, Edge) and none of those are working. I can confirm that Upgrade Finish are logged within Event Log. And, there are no errors between Upgrade Start and Upgrade Finish.

Any clue?

The image is still not visible. Anyway, I would check the physical location of the resources and make sure they are in place and also check the disk permissions for the application pool identity used for this site in the IIS.

Thanks, so, some images look like are messed up with other images - what customization was done in this regards? Did you replace or add any custom resources to the system before? When you compare the App_Data and App_Themes folders with a default Kentico 11 installation, are they exactly the same?

Hi Juraj,

It turns out that I did the hard way. I deleted the existing App_Data and App_Themes of our solution and copy those two from fresh Kentico 11 instance. And the issue is still happening.

Anything else that I need to check other than those two folders?
