Kentico multistep form

Is it possible to create some kind of multi step form with the Kentico form builder, or is this custom development? A good example is the kentico satisfaction survey http://www.kentico.com/satisfaction-survey-2m

Any advice will be appreciated!

Hello Dennis, this is actually a custom development, however it is purely visual. Technically the form is all still on page one, all that is happening is when a user clicks "Next Page" it hides the current div and shows the next "active" div, so it is really all just done in javascript and CSS of the page

There is already a webpart in the marketplace which does a multi step form. I believe there is also an article on the DevNet which talks about this too but I'm unable to find it.
