Kentico keeps logging out

Hi Guys,

I have a kentico 7.0.77 website on a shared/medium environment.

It keeps me logging out every few minutes.

Below are the error messages in the event log: EventCode: FULLTRUSTREQUEST Description: Web farm notify watcher wasn't initialized. It is available only under full trust level.

Medium trust environments are a bit touchy with Kentico. I've found you can grant full read/write access to a few directories and "get away" with medium trust environment setups although it's not a very good practice. Have you looked into the configuration settings for medium trust environments with Kentico? You might look into switching hosting providers.

Thanks Brenden,

I won't prefer to change the hosting at the moment as I have already paid for 1 year.

Also, I have gone to sitemanager > administrator > system > virtual objects > store all objects on file system.

I am not using staging on my sites.

Also, I am using asp.net 4.0

Did you perform the "store all objects in the file system" prior to publishing the site on your host? Typically this would be done on a machine that allows full trust then published to the medium trust site.

HI Brenden,

No, I didn't store all objects in file system while moving from full to medium trust.

Do you think that could cause this issue? If yes, I will keep everything in full trust then store all objects in file system and then move it back to medium trust.
