Kentico cache issue production only

Ran into a cache issue that seems to only happen in our production environment. I have applied a temporary fix by refreshing system cache 1x a minute using a ITask Scheduler, but would like to know if there is a better, more permanent solution to this issue.

The cache issue shows up when website initially loads - current culture is English (United States), nothing can be seen initially, but the URL paths will show as Portuguese (Brasil) when hovered over and clicked on.

Refreshing system cache resolves the issue. But issue continues to show up again which is why the automated system cache refresh is in place.

Does anyone know of any solutions or troubleshooting tasks I could perform?

Clearing the cache every minute is a bad thing to do to your website. Have you compared settings? Content? Server settings? Web.configs? What recent changes were done outside of standard content changes?

Thanks Brenden for your feedback. We attempted to modify cache settings within Kentico admin settings to resolve the issue (unsuccessfully), but I haven't done a full comparison of staging/dev vs production for all those recommended locations.

Will go through and make an update to this ticket.
